New to her technique and slightly apprehensive at first, I didn't quite know what to expect of her approach, but I was pleasantly surprised soon after, as it was simple, practical, and effective at the same time. She helps you find your own resources in order to deal with the anxiety your past difficult experiences may have caused you and makes you feel much lighter and uplifted very quickly.
As the sessions progressed, I saw the intensity of my anxiety/anger dramatically diminish and I was able to see my traumatic memories as if they were part of a film, with barely any emotional attachment to them. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking to heal his/her unresolved trauma, small or big, using awareness, regulation, and integration as main therapeutic tools. Simple tools, yet powerful results!
