About me

Whether working with adolescents and adults, my aim is to support each person on their unique journey of growth and self-understanding. I help clients navigate challenges — whether related to daily life, emotional difficulties, life transitions, or relationship dynamics — especially when these feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone.
