What Is Individual
Counselling?
Are you looking to make meaningful changes in your life?
Individual counselling offers a supportive and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges at your own pace. It is an opportunity to better understand what is weighing you down, and to move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or low toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being. Through this process, you can begin to experience more ease, confidence, joy and connection in your daily life - embracing each step as part of an ongoing journey of growth, meaning and discovery.
Who can do Individual Counselling?
Psychological counselling can be helpful for anyone looking to grow, make changes, understand themselves better, or navigate difficulties in life or relationships. It also has an important preventive role, helping to build emotional stability and support personal development. Counselling can stand on its own or complement psychotherapy or psychiatric care, depending on your needs.
My method of Individual Counselling.
In our individual sessions, I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, tailoring them to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Together, we create a space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, work through difficult memories, and reflect on the changes you would like to make. My role is to support and guide—not to give answers, but to help you find your own, in your own words and in your own time. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your personal growth, develop new perspectives, and build strategies that feel right for you. The aim is to support meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and aspirations.
